Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a fantastic view of the sea, with straight access from the room to the boat. The pools and the poolside restaurant/bar, Sole, are highlights, although the pools were colder than expected even with the air con off.
The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms with great features such as a safe, refrigeration, and personal robes. The service was excellent with always helpful staff, and the location was awesome right in the center of town next to various shops and restaurants. The dining experience was incredible with a variety of options to choose from. However, the price paid for the room did not match the mediocre quality at best. The hotel provides an amazing location, service, and dining experience despite the high price.
The hotel has a great Flamingo Island feature but had a smell of mildewed carpet. The rooms were in good shape with a microwave, 2 small fridges, and a balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. The service was okay but lacked professional kindness and smile. The location was very close to the airport and perfect for enjoying Flamingo Island. The dining was delicious though not crowded. A fantastic spot overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a standard feel to them, and some issues like a loud refrigerator and shower overflow made it less than ideal. However, they were clean and modern. The service was disappointing with slow responses and a suggestion to move to a less appealing property. On the bright side, the location was exceptional with a beautiful setting close to everything. The dining options were varied and tasty, though there was a confusion with the breakfast description. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and spacious, but lacked a view despite the high price we paid. The service, while friendly, was a bit slow. The location was excellent, right in town next to a small casino, although it could get crowded. The dining was exceptional but overpriced. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a microwave and 2 small fridges, but I found the ocean suites to be a bit outdated. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff making my day perfect. The location was comfortable and ideal, especially the private island for families. However, the dining experience was below expectations on some nights. Overall, a great value for the money.
